Magnolia well represented at Winter Parade

Thank you to all who participated in the Winter Parade this year. So many people helped in many different ways: The PTO decided to go with the peppermint portion of the parade theme of “Peppermints, Poinsettias and Penguins.”  Sam Schlazer got seed envelopes and  Sue Ray created labels; and many parents and students helped stuff and seal the envelopes with teeny, tiny peppermint seeds.

Sunshine and her bus decorating guild helped create the giant peppermint candies using a variety of methods;  Sophie and her team figured out a way to get the decorations onto the bus; and Pam drove the bus in the parade. And despite conflicts with Market Days and the middle school Thespian competition in Sanford, lots of Magnolia families showed up to walk. We were well represented, thanks again!
